Why Heaven Beach
The Heaven Beach Apartments is a beachfront complex located in Guadalmansa, Estepona. We are in a sought-after location. Heaven by name, Heaven by nature. We have a fabulous 20m Heated pool (27c plus – all year round), Jacuzzi baths, large terraces and gardens.
The beach, the sand and the sea and the Paseo is only paces away. We have Water Sports on the beach too. 24/7 manned security, secure underground car parking, lifts to all levels and a great gymnasium and saunas. We are safe and secure.
All the apartments are all very spacious, light, airy and exquisitely decorated, designed and kitted out to the highest specification for efficiency and luxury.
A small, mostly owner occupied complex with a mix of nationalities, makes for a very peaceful atmosphere off season and a really friendly, calm, family experience during the Summer. Heaven Beach Apartments has an incredible energy – serene, peaceful and quiet.
The location, the tranquillity and the views of and from the Complex make for a memorable holiday.
The Complex benefits from 24 x 7 manned Security, full time Gardening and Maintenance, none of which can be compromised AND of course the heated pool.
The complex is small and intimate with 35 units in total and is very family friendly. The main swimming pool is just under 20 metres long, is a perfect shape for swimming (and playing) has large steps into a shallow end which is great for little ones; is not too deep anywhere and is heated; so, useable at all times of the year when it should always be above c 28°.
There is also a small (unheated) baby pool which is suitable for very little ones. We have a modern gymnasium with a full-size table tennis table as well as saunas on the complex.
In fact, we had a Finnish Guest recently and I was especially delighted that he was impressed with the Sauna – so that, coming from Finland is a great compliment!

There is an extraordinary calm and tranquility provided by the amazing view of the sea from everywhere on the Complex…. The pool…. The garden… the beach access gate…. A strip of grass …. A beautiful sandy beach …. And then an expanse of sea to the horizon – embellished by the mountains of Africa and the Rock of Gibraltar on a clear day!
There is something fabulously calming and peaceful to be able to absorb the sounds, sights and smells of the sea, 24 x 7. There is nothing to interrupt your view to the beach and sea from your apartment.
Situated paces from the sea, within the region of Andalusia, and within the town boundaries of Estepona, we are an 8 minutes’ drive along the coast, to the west to the beautiful Estepona Centre and Port and to the east, only 8 minutes to the iconic Puerto Banus, and Marbella a few minutes beyond, with countless restaurants, chiringhitos, outings, activities and golf courses all around.
Outside of peak times, most, of the local restaurants and amenities are open most of the time and the chances of you ever experiencing a traffic jam are very slim. You can travel from Malaga to the Apartments and barely see even a Traffic Light! Summer can be too hot to do some things, but the Costa Del Sol is very much an all year-round location and especially with our heated swimming pool it always feels like holiday time!
Please ask for details if you would like to make it an active holiday. We have a visiting personal trainer, nearby tennis and padel clubs, amazing golf courses, equestrian centres and horse riding schools, yoga and pilates classes and many other activities.
The remarkable coastline promenade initiative in Andalucia is set to connect the entire coast line. Quite an amazing endeavour and something that is only possible in Spain because they have never allowed anyone to own the first 10 metres of coast line – certainly not possible in other countries. So, now you can access our new Paseo, only a few feet away through our beach access and you will be able to walk or run, or cycle all the way to Estepona (12 km) or stop off along the way at any of the wonderful beach bars along the way.

Having a Beach Bar on the doorstep can be good when you are in the mood, but when you want to “chill” and sunbathe, having often incongruous music can be upsetting. We have the best of all worlds. Only a 10-15 minute walk along the beach West is Tikitano and a little further on you will find Lido Beach Restaurant at Las Dunas Hotel or another 10 minutes to Sonora (great ambiance). This means that you get the opportunity to build up an appetite on the way and walk off the food on the way back. If the Sangria was too tempting, we are very well served by very friendly local cab drivers.
We are very close to the beautiful village of Cancelada which is just the other side of the road and you can walk under the road….. the other side of the road is a restaurant called El Caserio which is very Spanish, serving Tapas.
A very short distance from that is a new restaurant in the Garden Centre, called Restaurante El invernadero, which we have not yet been to (spoilt for choice) but is apparently wonderful, as it is set inside the Garden Centre and is very elaborate and tropical in feel.
The Garden Centre itself is worth a visit. There is also another fabulous meat restaurant (they also do fish but it is really a meat restaurant) called El Carnicero – open long hours and very popular. There is a very popular Italian Restaurant ITAPU and several other good restaurants including Restaurante El Legado and Bodeguita Santa Maria.
We have several restaurants that will deliver takeaways – including one of the best Indian’s that you will find anywhere!
The best Gluten free bakery is only 10 minutes away from Heaven. It is entirely Gluten Free (there are also loads of other great Gluten bakeries too!) is Celicioso, it is AMAZING…..
About 100 yards away from there, is the Organic Café .
Pane & Cioccolato have many gluten free options including their pasta, but it is more than a café. If you fancy Pizza and Pasta at the iconic Picasso at Puerto Banus we have been really impressed with their Gluten Free Pizzas and Pastas.
You simply MUST try ABA, No 1 in Estepona on Trip Advisor. The chef Aba used to be Michelin starred at Las Dunas has now opened up a restaurant.
If you have time and appetite…. Try La Rada and or Taberna Miguel in Estepona or many of the great restaurants in San Pedro and Marbella.
You cannot go far wrong with the restaurants in Benahavis (where the famous Spanish cookery school is located) and there are some very very special gourmet restaurants on the road to Casares and some fabulous spots in Ronda.
You will certainly not go hungry and you might be very grateful for the Swimming Pool and the Gym to redress the balance every now and then! I am always very happy to expand on restaurant recommendations.
SHOOPING
Heaven beach Apartments is about 8 minutes away from the shopping and nightlife of Puerto Banus, 10 minutes from Marbella Old-Town and about 8 minutes from Estepona – which is becoming known as “the Garden of Spain” and has been dramatically upgraded in recent times.
About 5 minutes from the newly re-modelled San Pedro. 10 minutes to Benahavís – a quaint Spanish mountain village – and a plethora of Spanish Cookery schools – with superb restaurants; and 5 minutes from Selwo Adventure Park and 15 minutes from Casares and the amazing restaurants on the way… 40 minutes from Gibraltar and the caves, the monkeys and the tunnels…. less than an hour from incredible Ronda … there are loads of great walks nearby (in addition to the wonderful beach) and we are in the midst of many of the best Golf Courses in Europe. The list is endless.
The nearest “village” is Cancelada. Still very Spanish but very sensitive to the tourist market. We are about 300 Metres distance from the main road, which is what protects us from any noise from the road whilst being close enough to access the local areas on foot. From there, it is another 900 metres to a brand new Lidl, Mercadona as well as several excellent restaurants of every cuisine.
So, walking to the Supermarket is not a problem, but you would probably want to take a taxi back if you were carrying plenty of shopping. Taxis wait there. These are less than 3 minutes by car and we have an extra few minutes increases your supermarket choices to include Carrefour, Aldi and even at Puerto Banus the fabulous Hypercor at El Corte Ingles.

We’ve invested in new filters and salt dispensers that will maintain our pool’s pristine condition without taxing local water supplies. This upgrade not only circumvents the restrictions but elevates our pool to a luxurious saltwater experience, providing a superior alternative to traditional chlorine pools.
Our 19m pool is an all-year-round heated pool (28°c) & now COOLED in PEAK SUMMER for a more refreshing experience!

There is also a small (unheated) baby pool which is suitable for very little ones. We have a cover that is closed over the pool during the nights and if the pool is not being used in the cooler months. Security at reception will open the pool whenever it is wanted.

The Costa del Sol is a very popular destination for travelers from all over the world particularly for the beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean sea, with more than 125 public beaches on a coastline that stretches out over 161 kilometres.
Heaven Beach Apartments is the perfect spot for those looking to avoid crowds, especially in the summer season. Tranquillity and peace are hallmarks of this fantastic strip of sand. If you need a break from relaxing around the pool then step through our direct fingerprint access gate and you are directly on the beach, just paces away from your apartment.
You can unwind and soak up the sun and enjoy the sounds of the gentle lapping of the ocean or take a swim in the refreshing waters or even make the most of the water sports including kite surfing that are all now available only a few minutes from the apartments. The expanse of sea to the horizon is embellished on a clear day by the mountains of Africa and the Rock of Gibraltar on the horizon.
It has always been said that our beach is one of the widest, sandiest and most peaceful on the Coast. We could never really prove it. However, as if to prove that our beach is among the best beaches in Spain, Ikos chose to build their new and most luxurious resort on the coast- on our beach, and have also done much to improve our wonderful beach even further. They have even been incredibly considerate and have kept a respectful distance away from us.
